How to Cook Less Expensive Cuts of Meat

Chicken thighs are the real winners in the cheap meats category. Along with a low price tag, they are nearly impossible to dry out on the grill, and, to top it off, contain more iron, zinc and B vitamins than plain old chicken breasts. Our favorite way to cook them? Chicken satay. Marinate the chicken, pop it onto skewers, grill and serve with a Thai peanut sauce.
